Don't you just hate it when you're out and about and your eyeliner is running its own business? Ugggh, nightmare! That has happened to me a few times, and that's whyreasonI  don't particularly like eyeliners. This BYS Liquid Eyeliner Waterproof thoughis  another story. I got this a long time ago from my sister when she came home from butAustralia  only started using it last year. I just had the chance to review it. Well, better late than never, right?! :)

This BYS Eyeliner Waterproof is in black and comes with 3.5ml of product in a plastic packaging. I wish the handle was rounded instead for better grip, but the square-ish form isn't too bad. The applicator is slightly stiff, but it was still pretty easy to apply. You can effortlessly create a thin or thick line, unless you have shaky hands :). It's quite runny but comes out a nice black color on a single application. If you want it to appear bolder, just add another layer on top.

If you check out the swatches, the liner is really black and that's what I love most about it. It stays on all day and doesn't make a mess. It's sweat and tear-proof too. Some waterproof eyeliners melt on the outer corner of my eyes, which can be pretty annoying, but this one doesn't budge, a tough one :). It stays on as long as you want! It's easy to remove too! I either use EVOO or vaseline on a cotton swab to remove, and it takes off without difficulty. No makeup is perfect though and this too has its own flaw, unfortunately. It can flake badly if you don't shake it up really well before the application.

You can see in the photo above that the eyeliner shows up nicely and very pigmented, even on top of eyeshadow. It's easy to work with and dries quickly. I'm not sure if this is available locally, and how much it costs, but it's really inexpensive in Australia. It's probably P200+ - P300 if available in the country, which to me is not bad considering the quality. BYS Liquid Eyeliner is an inexpensive product that doesn't compromise value, definitely a good one to try.
