Elf Cosmetics Face Products Swatches and Reviews

Here's another review of Elf Cosmetics products and this time it's face products. I have quite a few Elf makeup products and I just can't get enough of it. I think it's the best product you can get for the price.

Elf Tinted Moisturizer SPF15 in Apricot Beige / Elf Healthy Glow Bronzing Powder in Sun Kissed

The tinted moisturizer has great coverage that is in between light and medium. it can cover a few blemishes and certainly give you a very healthy looking skin. My skin absorbs the product very well and doesn't come out oily even on top of a facial moisturizer.

The bronzer gives the skin a very youthful and healthy glow as the product says. It can be used as a highlight on top of your cheek bones are all over the face. If you dust it lightly, it gives the face a very pretty natural color. I use this everyday alone or on top of a cream blush and it works great!

All Over Cover Stick in Apricot Beige / All Over Color Stick in Pink Lemonade

All Over Cover Stick gives a great coverage and can be used all over the face. It maybe too thick to use on the face if you don't have a moisturizer on as it is a little sticky. I use this as concealer and it covers blemishes very well. I have to set it with loose powder right away though because it can cake pretty well if you leave it on the face for long without setting it with a powder. This works well with the All Over Cover Stick in terms of coverage. It's best to apply it when you rub the product on your fingers first and blend it over your blemishes and under eye circles. It's also buildable so you can take a few products at a time and layer it well.

All Over Cover Stick in one of my favorite products from Elf. It's an amazing blush but you have to warm it up in your fingers before blending it on your face. The consistency of the product is a little thick and a little difficult to apply on the face from the stick so rubbing your fingers on the product warms it up making it easier to apply. And I love how this works together with the bronzing powder because it makes the color look like a peachy pink blush and it's just pretty.

Here are some swatches of the product.

Tinted Moisturizer / All Over Cover Stick

Here's another simple everyday look I did today using these Elf products. I used Elf Super Glossy Lip Shine SPF15 in Watermelon on my lips and Elf Cream Eyeliner in Coffee. The coverage of the Tinted Moisturizer and All Over Cover Stick is really good. I don't have too many blemishes to cover but it did a pretty decent job concealing my under eye circles. I love how I can still see my skin underneath and yet it makes me look fresh even if I am a little tired if you check out the eye bags :). The combination of the Color Stick and Bronzer is really pretty. You can see the healthy glow and it appears very natural.

I really can't say anything bad about ELf. I have tried a few of their products already and I couldn't complain about it. I love Elf and I look forward to trying their other makeup products!

  1. i love the All Over Color Stick in Pink Lemonade, not sure why you're having a hard time applying it though, cause for me it's easier to apply than powder blushes

  2. I'm not used to applying cream blushes, and this one is a bit thick and doesn't slide on the skin easily. I like the color a lot though and the staying power is good :)
