Skin Care: St. Ives Renew and Firm Apricot Scrub Review

Hello everyone! I was MIA for almost 2 weeks now because I'm out of town. My grandfather is very sick so the whole family decided to come home. It's a little depressing and stressful because of the situation but it's definitely nice to see them again, especially my siblings and nieces.

So this skin care review is on St. Ives Renew and Firm Apricot Scrub. I have been wanting to try this for awhile but I have 3 other St. Ives scrubs too so I wanted to finish them first before trying this one. I forgot how much I paid for this but I guess the price range is between P150 - P180 which is not expensive at all because you get a lot of product at 170g. It claims to visibly firm and tone the skin and with age-defying technology. Who doesn't want that?! :D

St. Ives Renew and Firm Apricot Scrub Ingredients

I took a photo of the ingredients if you want to know what this scrub is made of. It is not tested on animals. It doesn't contain animal ingredients. It is formulated without parabens and phthalates.

I've been using this scrub 4 times a week for 2 weeks now and I have noticed that my skin is really softer and smoother. I'm very stressed but I see that the condition of my skin has improved. I like that the beads are not too big and hard so the exfoliation is very gentle. After scrubbing my skin just feels clean, fresh, soft, and smooth. I don't feel any drying or tightness on my face which is really good. It also reduces the redness on my face which is just what I need! The smell is really good, it has a creamy consistency, and very gentle on the skin. It didn't break me out just like other St. Ives products and just love this scrub.

I will definitely repurchase this scrub and I give it 5 STARS!!!

  2. Thanks for the kind words :). I have tried quite a few products from St. Ives already. the Daily Microdermabrasion Scrub, the Mineral Clay Mask, Blemish and Blackhead Control Scrub, Apricot Scrub Gentle, Olive Cleanser and Collagen Elastin Moisturizer :D. None of them broke me out and I love their products!
