Milani Liquif'eye Metallic Eye Liner Pencil in Black

I have always been looking for a good eyeliner pencil that'll not budge, smudge, melt, and stay on my water line for hours. Although all that I have tried so far are just drugstore products, so I cannot really expect to find my HG eyeliner. Or can I?

Milani Liquif'eye isn't locally available so the only way to buy it here in the Philippines is from Multiply or eBay. I have heard so much about this product on Youtube, and many gurus have compared it with the NYX Slide On Pencil, and Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eyeliner, which is even more expensive. According to some reviews that I have read and watched, it's really comparable to the Urban Decay but this is creamier, more pigmented, has a glossier finish, and both have about the same wear time which is 7 - 9hrs. Isn't it amazing?! So cheaper products don't really mean lower quality because some of the drugstore brands now are stepping up their A game.

This is a very, very black eyeliner, and it's one of the things I like about this product. This is the softest eyeliner I have ever tried, and it's really easy to apply because it glides on smoothly so it's perfect for the waterline. You have to use a light hand when applying this eyeliner because you can put on too much if you press it firmly. I don't use it very often as I don't wear eyeliner everyday but for the past month, I have already sharpened it 3 times. It's so soft and creamy that you can use it up quickly.

The best part about this eyeliner, is it doesn't smudge or budge! After you apply it, you have a few seconds to blend or smoke it out, and when it sets it just stays there! It lasts all day on my lash line without a problem! I was really impressed and hoped that it does the same on my waterline, but it didn't :(. After only about 3 hours it started to melt on the outer corners of my eyes. It didn't smudge or make a mess of my makeup though. I am still impressed as this is the only eyeliner that has stayed on my waterline for hours. I tried wiping my waterline with a cotton bud before applying this, and it helped for it to stay on for about 4hrs, which is pretty decent.

This is the best eyeliner I have tried so far, and for the cost, you won't believe how good this is. Anyone who loves a black eyeliner should have this. I only wish it lasted longer on the waterline. Then again, you cannot beat the price given the quality!
